Brown is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of South Carolina. He is certified as a Prepare/Enrich Premarital Counselor. Brown received his Bachelors from Covenant College in 2011 and his Masters in Counseling from Trevecca Nazarene University in 2014. While in graduate school, Brown interned at a private practice, Midtown Nashville Counseling, helping individuals, couples and families dealing with a variety of issues. He also volunteered at Lantern Lane Farm, a non-profit counseling center, working with children and adolescents from broken and hurting families struggling with emotional and behavioral issues. Brown also worked as an assistant counselor with Camp Braveheart working with children and adolescence dealing with the grief of losing a loved one.

After receiving his Masters degree, Brown moved to Greenville and began working with City Center Counseling Ministries in January of 2015. During his time with City Center Counseling he both worked in a school setting as a counselor for junior and senior high students and as an outpatient therapist. Currently, as a full time therapist with Greenville Counseling Associates, Brown enjoys working with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, stress and anger management, life adjustment difficulties, men’s issues and other emotional and behavioral issues as well as providing couples, premarital and marital counseling.

Brown and his wife have been living in Greenville, SC since January of 2014. He enjoys woodworking, music, being outdoors, traveling, and long dinners with friends and family.
