I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in South Carolina & Texas. I love walking alongside women in every season of life. I believe true healing happens when we feel safe, known, and gently guided toward truth—and I strive to create that kind of space for each client. My work is rooted in both clinical training and a Christ-centered perspective, meeting clients with compassion, grace, and hope.
Whether you’re facing anxiety, grief, life transitions, or questions about your faith and purpose, I consider it an honor to sit with you in your story and hopefully point you toward healing and wholeness.
Originally from Dallas, Texas, I graduated from Furman University and later earned my Master’s in Counseling from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in Boston with a degree in marriage and family therapy and mental health.
I began my counseling career working closely with adolescents and families at Park Cities Presbyterian Church in Dallas, TX, helping them navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, eating disorders, relationship struggles, and the effects of true brokenness.
My heart for women’s health led me to pursue additional training in anxiety, depression, grief, hormones, and infertility counseling through the Domar Center of Infertility Mind/Body Counseling, as well as training in pregnancy loss, perinatal and postpartum mental health through Postpartum Support International.
I live in Greenville, South Carolina with my husband John and three energetic boys. We are involved in our church community, and I find joy in spending time outdoors with my family, traveling to new places, finding the best London Fog Tea Latte in Greenville, and deepening friendships while making new ones.
