While Nan frequently supports clients in these areas, she has experience working with a wide variety of life experiences and challenges. Her clinical approach commonly incorporates CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).

As the founder of Greenville Counseling Associates, Daniel has a passion for helping individuals and families effectively work through the challenges of life.
Daniel has worked extensively with families and individuals in several settings including the development of three therapeutic programs, working as a school counselor, the development of lay counseling ministries, and private practice. Currently most of his time is spent working in a private practice setting with individuals, couples, and families.
Daniel earned his Masters degree in Counseling from Denver Seminary in Denver, Colorado, and is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of South Carolina. Areas of specialties include: marital difficulties, college students, adolescents, life adjustment issues, anxiety & depression, stress management, parenting, and men’s issues.
He, his wife, and their three sons have lived in the Greenville area since 1998. He enjoys being outside (camping, hiking, mountain biking), being downtown, laughing, and being known by friends. Daniel and his family regularly worship at Mitchell Road Presbyterian Church.
