Brown is a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with those seeking thoughtful, steady support for anxiety, depression, grief, stress, life transitions, and personal growth. His clients are often individuals who are looking for a calm, reflective space to better understand themselves, build healthier coping skills, and make meaningful changes in their lives.
Brown’s counseling style is warm, collaborative, and practical. He values creating a respectful, and non-judgmental environment where clients can explore their concerns at a manageable pace, gain insight into patterns that may be keeping them stuck, and develop tools that support emotional well-being in everyday life.
Brown views counseling as a process of walking alongside clients as they work toward greater clarity, resilience, and self-understanding. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach, he tailors counseling to each person’s needs and goals, incorporating tools from a range of different therapy modalities and adapting them to the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy process.
Brown especially enjoys working with high school students and adults who are ready to engage in the counseling process, reflect on their experiences, and take practical steps toward growth, healing, and healthier ways of living.
