Kari is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Winthrop University. Licensed in both South Carolina and Arizona, Kari has a deep commitment to supporting individuals through life’s most difficult and meaningful transitions. 

With experience in an outpatient hospital setting, a substance use disorder treatment program, and private practice, Kari brings a well-rounded perspective to therapy sessions. She is passionate about meeting clients exactly where they are, creating a warm, compassionate space where clients feel heard and empowered to grow and heal. 

Kari specializes in working with individuals experiencing grief, maternal mental health challenges, disordered eating, body image concerns, life transitions, anxiety, and depression. Drawing from her clinical experience and a person-centered, integrative approach, Kari tailors sessions to fit the unique needs and goals of her clients. 

Outside of the office, Kari enjoys hiking with her husband and two boys, fitting as many beach trips into the calendar as professionally acceptable, and searching for the best nachos in Greenville. 

Life does not come with a roadmap, and everyone finds themselves navigating its many twists and turns. It is Kari’s honor to come alongside her clients as they embark on their individual healing journey and grow into their full potential.
