Lilly has her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health from the University of South Carolina. She is passionate about helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges with compassion, authenticity, and practical support. She aims to create meaningful, lasting change by equipping clients with the tools, confidence, and support they need to thrive outside of therapy. Her clinical background includes working in community mental health and providing Multidimensional Family Therapy (MDFT) to adolescents and their families. Outside of the therapy room, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, being outside or swimming at the pool, reading, and treasure hunting at antique shops.
