Lilly is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Kentucky and her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of South Carolina.
Lilly is passionate about helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges with compassion, authenticity, and practical support. Lilly has experience working with individuals ages 12+, young adults, adults, and families facing concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, behavioral difficulties, family conflict, and life transitions.
Lilly’s clinical background includes working in community mental health and providing Multidimensional Family Therapy (MDFT) to adolescents and their families. Through this work, she has helped clients strengthen and repair relationships, improve communication, develop effective co-parenting skills, build coping skills, and move toward meaningful change. While she frequently support clients in these areas, she also has experience working with a wide range of concerns and tailors treatment to each client’s unique needs. She integrates a variety of evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches in her work, including Multidimensional Family Therapy (MDFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), and DBT-informed approaches.
Lilly works to create a supportive space where clients feel heard and understood while doing the often uncomfortable work that leads to real, impactful growth. She believes therapy is most effective when it is guided by intention and purpose. She aims to create meaningful, lasting change by equipping clients with the tools, confidence, and support they need to thrive outside of therapy.
Outside of the therapy room, Lilly enjoys spending time with family and friends, being outside or swimming at the pool, reading, and treasure hunting at antique shops.
